With nearly two decades of accounting experience, including significant time within the real estate sector, Adam brings a depth of knowledge shaped by his work with high-growth organizations. He played a key role in building and strengthening accounting departments for real estate startups, developing systems and processes designed to support rapid expansion and institutional investment. This experience informs his ability to implement operational efficiencies, establish strong financial controls, and enhance relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. His expertise spans all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and audit preparation—ensuring Blackstream International operates with precision and integrity at every level.

Outside of his professional role, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing hands-on interests such as property renovation, working on cars, and mountain biking.
