Joe’s career began in the early 1970s and has been defined by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and education. He founded his own real estate firm in Maryland in 1989 and later joined Blackstream Real Estate in 2015, where he assumed leadership of both the commercial and residential divisions. He has also served as an instructor for the Realtors Institute of Maryland, teaching Advanced Real Estate Financing and Investment in Multi-Family and Commercial Real Estate for over two decades, and continues to develop curriculum for the Blackstream Real Estate Academy.
