Will Davis serves as Co-President and Broker-in-Charge of IndigoOak Christie's International Real Estate, bringing decades of experience across all facets of the industry to his leadership role. He guides both agents and organizational strategy with a steady, visionary approach, ensuring the brand maintains its commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-focused service.

In addition to his role at IndigoOak, Will is President and CEO of The Litchfield Company, one of South Carolina’s most respected brokerage brands. Since taking the helm in 2018, he has expanded the company’s presence and influence across the state, drawing on his extensive experience in residential sales, new home development, and recreational land transactions to inform strategic decisions and operational excellence.

Will is deeply committed to the broader real estate community in South Carolina. He serves as President-Elect of the Coastal Carolina Association of REALTORS® and as a board member of the South Carolina REALTORS® Association. He is also a founding member of the advisory board for the Grant Center for Real Estate at Coastal Carolina University, helping shape the next generation of industry professionals.
